Disney has officially set an April 3rd release date for “Wish” on the Disney+ service, coming to the platform four-and-a-half months after its theatrical run.
It’s not the only film scoring a streaming release date today. The Kingsley Ben-Adir led biopic “Bob Marley: One Love” will be made available to purchase and rent on digital platforms on March 19th. A 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, and DVD disc release for ‘One Love’ is also planned for May 28th.
Next, Pedro Almodóvar’s sexy western short film “Strange Way of Life,” starring Pedro Pascal and Ethan Hawke, will arrive on Netflix on April 12th. The pair play old West gunslingers and ex-lovers who reunite 25 years later.
Next, Peacock has set an April 10th launch for both seasons of the British dark comedy “Hapless”. Tim Downie stars as a single, freelance journalist working for the 4th largest Jewish publication in the UK.
Finally, “The Iron Claw,” the new “Mean Girls”” and “The Beekeeper” have set regular rental release prices for tomorrow. “The Book of Clarence” and “Migration” will make that jump on March 26th.
