DC Studios co-CEO James Gunn has expressed interest in working with the former “The Flash” TV star Grant Gustin on a future DCU project. Gustin recently indicated he’d return to the character again should Gunn ask him to do so.

Asked about such a possibility, Gunn said on Threads: “Grant is an incredibly talented guy, performing now on Broadway, I believe, and is absolutely not going to waste just because he’s not currently in a DC project. But of course I’d love to work with him at some point.”

Stranger Things: The First Shadow
Following its debut in London, the stage play prequel “Stranger Things: The First Shadow” is heading to Broadway in New York. Equity casting notices were reportedly posted on Thursday seeking New York City-based actors and stage managers for the show with a 2025 start date.

Oscar-nominated filmmaker Stephen Daldry, who handled the West End version, is listed as the director of the New York City production. The play takes place in 1959 at Hawkins High, where characters like Jim Hopper and Joyce Maldonado are teenagers. [Source: Broadway World]

Bloober Team’s upcoming, highly anticipated remake of “Silent Hill 2” recently received a rating in Korea. Said ratings are reportedly only assigned to video games in the final phases of development – suggesting it will indeed be coming this year. [Source: Gematsu]

Batman: The Animated Series
LEGO has announced a new collectible set based on the iconic 1990s DC Comics adaptation “Batman: The Animated Series”. The LEGO set is inspired by the Gotham City of the show, and in particular the opening credits sequence. It consists of 4,210 pieces and is scheduled to launch on April 4rh for a price of $299.99.
