The new game based on the works of Tove Jansson is an engaging and charming adventure for players of all ages.

Set in a beautiful land known as Moomin; players play as Snufkin who journeys take him all over and he makes friends wherever he goes.

When winter is about to arrive; Snufkin says goodbye to his friends and promises to return to them in the Spring.

When he returns he finds things are not as he left them and using his trusty Harmonica; Snufkin must enchant to aid those in need, solve puzzles, and move objects to get around.

This can be a simple task of arrangings rocks to cross a stream or having creatures line up to boost him up a cliff.

The quest to restore the land from a series of parks is engaging and having to outsmart the authorities as you solve puzzles is fun and the control system is very easy which makes the game ideal for younger players.

The music and graphics are charming and I found myself humming a tune from the game shortly after playing it.

While the challenge may not be enough for seasoned gamers; th3 charming world and characters are engaging and keep you coming back.

4 stars out of 5.
