Former Lex Luthor actor Jesse Eisenberg has some blunt advice for Nicholas Hoult who will take on the role in James Gunn’s “Superman: Legacy”. That advice? “Don’t watch me!”.
Eisenberg offered the comment during an interview at Sundance today, suggesting Hoult should forge his own path and not pay attention to Eisenberg’s own work in the DCEU. [Source: Variety]
Rust
Alec Baldwin has reportedly been indicted in the fatal shooting of “Rust” cinematographer Halyna Hutchins following a grand jury recommendation after being presented with a new investigation into the incident.
Baldwin is expected to be charged by New Mexico prosecutors, who initially dropped the criminal case to review new evidence. Baldwin faces a sentence of 18 months in prison if convicted and it remains unknown if he’ll be arrested. [Source: THR]
Emily in Paris
Lily Collins has shared a photo of herself at work on the fourth season of Netflix’s “Emily in Paris” which has returned to production. Production for the fourth season experienced delays due to the strikes.
The news comes as one of her co-stars, Ashley Park, was reportedly recently hospitalised for critical septic shock. She’s now recovering and said to be past the worst. [Source: Instagram]
Law & Order Toronto: Criminal Intent
Citytv has premiered the trailer for the ten-episode spin-off “Law & Order Toronto: Criminal Intent” which debuts Thursday, February 22nd.
The series centers on a team of detectives that investigate high-profile crime and corruption in metro Toronto. Cast includes Aden Young, Kathleen Munroe, Karen Robinson, K.C. Collins, Nicola Correia-Damude and Araya Mengesha.
