The Holdout
Six-time Oscar nominee Amy Adams is attached to star in and executive produce the legal thriller drama series “The Holdout” from Oscar winner Graham Moore (“The Imitation Game”) based on his novel of the same name.

Ten years after Maya Seale (Adams) turns the tide in a hugely controversial verdict, a fellow juror is found dead in her hotel room, all evidence points to her. Now, she must prove her own innocence – by getting to the bottom of a case far from closed.

The present-day murder investigation weaves together with the story of what really happened during their deliberation, told by each of the jurors in turn and the secrets they have all been keeping. [Source: Deadline]

Too Much
Megan Stalter (“Cora Bora”) and Will Sharpe (“The White Lotus”) are set to star in the Netflix rom-com series “Too Much” co-created by Lena Dunham and her husband Luis Felber.

The story follows a New York workaholic in her mid-30s who is reeling from a broken relationship and moves to London where she ends up making an unusual connection with Felix (Sharpe), a man who creates more problems than he solves. [Source: Variety]

Starz’s crime drama “Hightown” will return on Friday, January 26th 2024 with the upcoming seven-episode third season now confirmed to be its last.
