Hideo Kojima: Connecting Worlds
Glen Milner’s documentary “Hideo Kojima: Connecting Worlds,” which premiered at this year’s Tribeca Festival, has been acquired by Disney+ and will premiere it on the streamer in the Spring of 2024.

A journey into the creative mind of the most iconic video game designer in the world, the film features interviews with the likes of George Miller, Guillermo del Toro, Nicolas Winding Refn, Léa Seydoux, Grimes, Mads Mikkelsen, Norman Reedus, Woodkid, Churches, Mamoru Oshii, Shinji Mikami and Shinya Tsukamoto. The Night Agent
Amanda Warren (“The Burial”) has scored the the biggest new role in the second season of Netflix’s hit series “The Night Agent” from creator Shawn Ryan and Sony Pictures Television.

Warren will portray Catherine Weaver, a veteran of the top-secret Night Action investigative program, who trains and oversees various Night Agents. Gabriel Basso leads the series based on Matthew Quirk’s novel with the second season to arrive next year. [Source: Deadline]

Assistant To the Villain
Legendary Television has scored the rights to Hannah Nicole Maehrer’s popular ‘romantasy’ novel “Assistant to the Villain” for development as a series.

The story follows the young Evie Sage who, with ailing family to support, takes a job as an assistant to the most infamous Villain in the land. She soon develops an infatuation with your terrifying, temperamental, and undeniably alluring boss. [Source: Deadline]

Fool Me Once
Netflix has premiered the trailer for the series adaptation of Harlan Coben’s “Fool Me Once” which will release on January 1st 2024. The story follows Maya as she’s trying to come to grips with the brutal murder of her husband Joe.

However, when Maya installs a nanny cam, she’s shocked to see her husband in her house. Detective Sergeant Sami Kierce leads the homicide investigation into Joe’s death. But he has secrets of his own.

La Brea
NBC has premiered the teaser trailer for the third and final season of its sci-fi action adventure drama “La Brea” which returns on Tuesday, January 9th on NBC and Peacock (next day).

After the clearing’s destroyed in a dinosaur attack, the new season sees the survivors having to find a new home to live. Gavin discovers a clue about where Eve has gone, but tracking the lead down results in more tragic consequences.
