By Sony Pictures has released the full trailer for the Glenn Powell and Sydney Sweeney-led R-rated edgy romantic comedy “Anyone But You”.
Bea (Sweeney) and Ben (Powell) look like the perfect couple, but after an amazing first date something happens that turns their fiery hot attraction ice cold.
That is until they find themselves unexpectedly thrust together at Bea’s sister’s destination wedding in Sydney, Australia. So they do what any two mature adults would do – pretend to be a couple.
The new trailer reveals more about their connection to each other, past history and how the arrangement comes about. There’s also the usual-rom gags and a revealing joke about Australian spiders in the bush.
Will Gluck (“Easy A”) directs the film which also stars Alexandra Shipp, GaTa, Hadley Robinson, Michelle Hurd, Dermot Mulroney, Darren Barnet, Bryan Brown, Charlee Fraser, Joe Davidson and Rachel Griffiths
The film is slated to open December 22nd in the United States to take advantage of the Christmas four-day weekend. In Australia, the film will arrive a few days later on Boxing Day (December 26th).
