Nightdive Studios and Lucasfilm Games have announced a February 28th 2024 release date for the “Star Wars: Dark Forces” remaster coming to all consoles and PC. That remaster will arrive almost 29 years after the original game launched in March 1995. [Source: TS2]
Super Mario Bros. 3
Nintendo is rumored to be internally having “serious discussions” about the possibility of fully remaking one of the most famous Mario games of all – 1990’s NES title “Super Mario Bros. 3” – according to game scooper Zippo (via ComicBook.com). They stress Nintendo hasn’t decided one way or another if a remake will happen.
Julia
Max has premiered the trailer for the second season of its Julia Child-themed series “Julia”. The first three episodes will premiere on Thursday, November 16th followed by weekly releases of new episodes through December 21st.
In the new season, Julia and her devoted husband Paul return from Simca’s home in France to find her success has changed everything. She and her team must navigate WGBH, the White House, and a threat from their past.
Marvel
Marvel Studios is promoting its Halloween season titles on Disney+ with a new trailer promoting its more horror-oriented titles including the “Doctor Strange” sequel, “Werewolf By Night” and “Moon Knight” along with some careful editing of scenes from films ranging from “Ant-Man” to “Shang-Chi” to emphasize the spooky time.
Archer
FXX has unveiled the official one-sheet for “Archer: Into the Cold,” the series finale event which will see the return of CIA liaison Slater (Christian Slater) and cyborg Katya Kazanova (Ona Grauer) going by the poster. The one-off will premiere on the network on December 17th.
