Former “Black Sails,” “Game of Thrones” and “The Umbrella Academy” star Tom Hopper has been cast in a key role in “Terminal List: Dark Wolf” at Amazon Prime Video.
The series served as a prequel to the Chris Pratt-led “The Terminal List” series adaptation of the Jack Carr novel of the same name.
Hopper will star in the series regular role of Raife Hastings. Hastings, described as a hunter, protector, guardian and Navy SEAL.
In the books, Raife is a key character – a South African former SEAL who first met James Reece (Pratt) at university. He’ll likely be a key character in the full second season of “The Terminal List” which is expected to move forward after the prequel.
‘Dark Wolf’ unfolds five years prior to the events of “The Terminal List” and focuses on Taylor Kitsch’s Ben Edwards as he goes from life as a SEAL to a CIA paramilitary operator.
Jared Shaw also stars as Ernest ‘Boozer’ Vickers. David DiGilio serves as showrunner and executive produces with Carr, Kitsch, Pratt, Kat Samick and Antoine Fuqua. Frederick E.O. Toye will direct the pilot.
