Roadside Attractions and Saban Films have released the trailer for horror-thriller “Crawlers” which hails from filmmaker Ángel Gómez Hernández (“The Boogeyman”).
Trapped inside an apartment building by a police-mandated quarantine, building manager Serena (Matilda Lutz) and her residents battle to survive as an infestation of deadly and aggressive spiders multiply by the second.
Armed with her intimate knowledge of the complex, Serena may be the only one who can keep them alive – if she can confront her deepest fear.
Saban co-presidents Shanan Becker and Jonathan Saba call it a “uniquely visceral horror experience” and a “true, unapologetic genre film”.
Hernández has directed the film from a screenplay by Jayson Rothwell. Scott Strauss, Peter Welter, Jayson Rothwell, Basil Iwanyk, Erica Lee, Josh Weinstock, and Alexandra Milchan produce.
“Crawlers” releases in cinemas on October 16th.
