Sylvester Stallone’s Balboa Productions will team with Channing Powell (“Tales of the Walking Dead”) to develop a series adaptation of the J.D. Barker’s Chicago-set “4MK” books. Powell will showrun, write, and executive produce alongside Stallone and D. Matt Geller.

The books follow Detective Sam Porter as he hunts the elusive Four Monkey Killer, a murderer who has terrorised the city for years and exposed hidden corruption by punishing the guilty through the people they love most. [Source: Deadline]

Grey’s Anatomy
ABC has handed out a straight-to-series order for an as-yet-untitled “Grey’s Anatomy” spin-off set at a rural Texas hospital. Shonda Rhimes and Meg Marinis penned the script.

The project is described as an edgy drama about a team at a West Texas rural medical center – the last chance for care before miles of nowhere. Betsy Beers and Ellen Pompeo executive produce. [Source: TV Line]

South Park
Paramount has set a September 16th premiere date for the twenty-ninth season of the animated comedy series “South Park”. New episodes will drop every two weeks through until November 25th.

Last year’s Season 27 was the most-watched “South Park” season in six years, becoming the No. 1 show on cable in 2025 among the 18-49 year-old demographic. [Source: Variety]

The Capture
Peacock has unveiled the trailer for the six-episode third season of “The Capture” starring Holliday Grainger, Ron Perlman, Killian Scott, and Paapa Essiedu. The series will return on June 18th.

The Agency
Paramount+ has premiered the trailer for the second season of its Michael Fassbender-led espionage drama “The Agency,” which returns on June 21st with all ten episodes releasing on that date. Jeffrey Wright, Jodie Turner-Smith, Katherine Waterston, Harriet Sansom Harris, John Magaro, and Richard Gere co-star.
