Today, Bethesda Softworks and Bethesda Game Studios announced the upcoming Starfield Colony War Action Heroes, in-game collectable figures that players can find throughout the Settled Systems, can be collected in real life, too. Three physical action figures are available for pre-order now on the Bethesda Gear Store: Commander Sarah Morgan, the Terrormorph, and UC Marine. The physical action figures pre-ordered on the Bethesda Gear Store will ship at a later date.

There will be more to discover in-game. Starting on April 7 when Starfield’s Free Lanes Update launches, there will be 27 action figures—each with a sealed and unsealed version—hidden in-game for a total of 54 collectibles for Starfield players to discover. Finding an action figure will immediately and permanently give players a unique bonus, such as increasing the damage of weapons or improving health.
Examples of just a few of those in-game bonuses:
Commander Sarah Morgan – Affinity with Sarah Morgan increased
UC Marine – Laser weapons deal 5% more damage
Terrormorph – 5% chance to make enemies run away during combat
Jasper Kryx – 10% increased damage to UC and Freestar enemies
Major Paxton Hull – Resist 10% damage from robots
The in-game collector items can be found throughout the Settled Systems, on NPCs, in storage lockers, and in unexpected locations.
Plus, outpost builders can show off their packaged action figures in a new display case. Players can also place their unsealed action figures in the Colony Wars playset for some hands-on fun.
Players on all consoles will have access to the Free Lanes update at no cost on April 7. The update is launching in tandem with Starfield’s launch on PlayStation 5, giving new players the best possible version of the game at the best value.
