Single Female
Award-winning playwright Sarah DeLappe (“Bodies Bodies Bodies”) has been hired to write 3000 Pictures’ “Single Female,” the remake of 1992 thriller smash “Single White Female” set to star Jenna Ortega and Taylor Russell. Stacey Sher (“Heretic”) and Marisa Paiva will produce alongside the two stars.

All Day & All Night
Oscar nominee Kumail Nanjiani, O’Shea Jackson Jr., John Leguizamo and Dan Fogler will join Josh Hartnett in the cast of “Violent Night” filmmaker Tommy Wirkola’s action-thriller “All Day & All Night”. Wirkola and John Niven penned the film, while Wirkola and Hartnett will produce and shooting begins later this year.

A reformed bank robber, Billy Davies (Hartnett), returns to a life of crime to come up with the tuition money for his daughter. But when the bank heist goes horribly wrong, he and his crew stumble onto the set of a failing reality TV show and must stay on air long enough to figure out an escape plan from the cops (Leguizamo, Fogler) trying to arrest him and the mob trying to kill him. LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight
TT Games has released a developer diary video for the Future Games Show Spring Showcase, the 3.5-minute clip going into the costumes and homages of the upcoming open-world “LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight” game, which continues to look massive. The title comes to PC, PlayStation and Xbox on May 29th.

Malcolm In The Middle: Life’s Still Unfair
Disney+ has released a new promo for “Malcolm In The Middle: Life’s Still Unfair,” the upcoming miniseries revival of the classic sitcom, which premieres on April 10th. Almost 20 years on, Malcolm now lives a happy life with his daughter and girlfriend. Soon, his parents demand his presence for their 40th wedding anniversary party.

Street Fighter
A new featurette is out for the upcoming “Street Fighter” movie, the clip showing off how the game’s director Nakayama-san joined the film set to “ensure every punch, every costume, and every moment honoured the legacy.” The film itself is set to hit cinemas everywhere on October 16th.
