
Netflix took everyone by surprise over the weekend by releasing a completely unexpected teaser trailer for The Adventures Of Cliff Booth.
This is a follow up to Quentin Tarantino’s Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. The teaser aired during the Super Bowl.
Cliff Booth (Brad Pitt), the former stuntman and body double to TV actor Rick Dalton front he first movie, is now a Hollywood fixer.
Tarantino originally wrote the script and intended to direct it himself, but decided to park the project.
Pit eventually persuaded him to let David Fincher pick it up and run with it.
The Adventures Of Cliff Booth co-stars Scott Caan, Elizabeth Debicki, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Carla Gugino, Holt McCallany, Corey Fogelmanis, JB Tadena, Peter Weller, and Timothy Olyphant.
In an interview with What’s On Netflix, Tarantino had previously sad that the budget is around $200 million.
Tarantino, Pitt, new 007 producer David Heyman, Ceán Chaffin and Stacey Sher all produce.
The fantastically named Erik Messerschmidt is DP.
The Adventures of Cliff Booth will get a cinematic release, then arrive on Netflix. The firm 2026 date is yet to be locked.
