Netflix’s “Stranger Things” closes out with a feature-length episode tomorrow night. Ahead of that, the streamer has released the official trailer for this eighth and final episode of the fifth season and overall series.
With Vecna set to bring his dimension to Earth and destroy the world as we know it, the party must put everything on the line to defeat him once and for all.
The trailer puts a focus on Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown) and Hopper (David Harbour), while both Will (Noah Schnapp) and Dustin (Gaten Matarazzo) also get some screen time.
The finale has a LOT to get through – not just finishing up the Vecna threat but also finding satisfying closure for a whole bunch of characters – and all of it coming off a season that has been met with a more mixed reception than ones past.
The series finale will be getting a limited theatrical run as well with thousands of sessions reportedly already sold out.
