By Marvel Studios has premiered the full list of episode titles for the third season of its animated anthology series “What If…?” which kicks off on the service in one week.
The season begins with “The Hulk Fought The Mech Avengers?” on December 22nd followed by “Agatha Went To Hollywood?” on the 23rd, “The Red Guardian Stopped The Winter Soldier” on Christmas Eve and “Howard the Duck Got Hitched” on Christmas Day.
Then there’s “The Emergence Destroyed the Earth” on the 26th, “1872” on the 27th, “The Watcher Disappeared” on the 28th, and “What If?” on the 29th.
Those last few could have major consequences for the Multiverse Saga but right now they’re so decidedly vague it’s not clear what’ll happen. As this is the final run of the series, anything could.
Season 3 features characters like Captain America/Sam Wilson, The Winter Soldier/Bucky Barnes, Hulk/Bruce Banner, The Red Guardian, Captain Peggy Carter, Agatha Harkness, Shang-Chi and Storm the Goddess of Thunder among others.
Episodes are directed by Bryan Andrews and Stephan Franck and are written by Matthew Chauncey, Ryan Little, and A.C. Bradley.
