The “ghost with the most” is back as Warner Bros. Studios releases the second official trailer for the upcoming and long-awaited sequel Beetlejuice Beetlejuice. View trailer below.
Beetlejuice is back! After an unexpected family tragedy, three generations of the Deetz family return home to Winter River. Still haunted by Beetlejuice, Lydia’s life is turned upside down when her rebellious teenage daughter, Astrid, discovers the mysterious model of the town in the attic and the portal to the Afterlife is accidentally opened. With trouble brewing in both realms, it’s only a matter of time until someone says Beetlejuice’s name three times and the mischievous demon returns to unleash his very own brand of mayhem.
Oh wow….I wasn’t expecting another trailer for this movie. I do have to say that this preview does “feel” more like official theatrical trailer rather than the other two, which felt more like a “teaser”. Still, I do welcome it. The preview showcases plenty of new footage from the new movie, including more of Jenny Ortega’s character and how the character of Beetlejuice comes into play. I do have to say that the movie does seem to have a more “adult” feel, with more goofy horror moments that would not be allowed back in the original movie. So, I probably imagine that the film will have a PG-13 or maybe even R. Who knows. Regardless of that, I am curious to see what Beetlejuice Beetlejuice is all about and how will be compared to its original cult classic.
