By NEON has premiered the final trailer for “The Blackcoat’s Daughter” director Oz Perkins’ highly anticipated new horror-thriller film “Longlegs” starring Maika Monroe and Nicolas Cage.
The story follows Lee Harker (Monroe), a talented new FBI agent, has been assigned to an unsolved case of a serial killer.
As the investigation becomes more complicated and occult evidence is uncovered, Harker realizes a personal link and must act quickly to prevent another family murder.
Alicia Witt and Blair Underwood co-star in the R-rated film which is currently sitting at a stunning 100% (8.8/10) on Rotten Tomatoes from 11 reviews counted.
The film has had an aggressive pre-release marketing campaign centered on cryptic clues and Lynchian short videos among other things.
Shot in Vancouver early last year, the 101-minute film opens in limited theatrical release next Friday (July 12th).
