Lily Collins (Emily in Paris) has scored the role of a true cinema icon. Audrey Hepburn.

Hepburn was a movie and entertainment legend. The British actress was recognised for both film and fashion, and ranked by the American Film Institute as the third-greatest female screen legend from the Classical Hollywood cinema.

She was inducted into the International Best Dressed Hall of Fame and is one of a few entertainers who have won competitive Academy, Emmy, Grammy and Tony Awards.

Collins will portray her in a film about the making of the 1961 classic Breakfast at Tiffany’s. The project is set up at Case Study Films and Imagine Entertainment.

This project will be based on Sam Wasson’s bestselling book with a mouthful of a title – Fifth Avenue, 5 A.M.: Audrey Hepburn, Breakfast at Tiffany’s and the Dawn of the Modern Woman.

The book has been claimed as the most complete account of the making of the movie, and will feature key supporting players in the story of getting the movie to the screen, including author Truman Capote.
