A new report over at Puck News has gone into Blake Lively’s legal battle with “It Ends With Us” filmmaker Justin Baldoni and assessed how it is potentially impacting the careers of both her and her husband, Ryan Reynolds.
The report indicates Reynolds co-stars in the comedic survival film “Mayday” alongside Kenneth Branagh, a film that has been reportedly sitting finished at Apple/Skydance for over a year. A release date is expected to be revealed soon.
Reynolds is currently in production on “Eloise” at Netflix and lends his voice to the upcoming “Animal Friends” at Warners and Legendary.
The outlet’s sources say Reynolds is “also wisely focused on the next Deadpool movie, which will give him a chance to be seen as the public loves him most.”
Reynolds was first said to be in the earliest stages of writing the next “Deadpool” film back in May, with rumours suggesting Reynolds is developing an X-Force movie.
Reynolds is rumored to appear as the character in “Avengers: Doomsday” opening in December.
