Hello, fellow Outposters. The weekend is here and you’re ready for some ‘me time’, where you can watch some movies and forget about the worries of the world. The family can look after themselves for a few hours.

As always, we have some suggestions for your viewing pleasure, based on stuff we have watched here at LMO recently:

Career Opportunities – Movie – 80s comedy with Jenifer Connelly.
American Manhunt – Docu – About the search for Bin Laden.
Fantastic Four – Movie – The new one, which is now online. It was OK.
Primitive War – Movie – Not as good as we were all hoping.
Robocop – Movie – The original and still just brilliant.
Robodoc – Docu – About the movie and very interesting.
Madagascar – Movie – Still a fun watch for all the family.

How the West was Won – Movie – An epic Western.
Nobody 2 – Movie – A fun sequel to the original.
Kin-Dza-Dza – Movie – A Russian sci-fi, which was really weird, but really interesting.
Nightbreed – Movie – The original, but director’s cut, and underrated.
The Man in the Basement – Movie – Willam Defoe is in a basement, it was a good concept, but a pointless ending.
The Elephant Man – Movie – Harrowing movie, but pure cinema.
The Toxic Avenger – Movie – The new one, which was more fun than expected.
Caught Stealing – Movie – Austin Butler and Matt Smith, in the new Darren Aronofsky movie, and it was pretty good.

Well, there are some weekend movies for you. Also, Guatemala Del Toro’s Frankenstein is out today, so I plan on watching that and I am looking forward to it.

What are you watching this weekend?
