Marvel’s Kevin Feige appeared via video at CinemaCon in Las Vegas this evening to tout the upcoming line-up for the studio, titles that aim to return the franchise to form after several years of stumbles.

“Thunderbolts,” “The Fantastic Four: First Steps,” and the just about to start filming “Avengers: Doomsday” were all discussed with some clips also being shown off.

First up, Feige confirmed the full cast of ‘Doomsday’ has not yet been revealed and says the film will focus “on The Avengers, Wakandans, Fantastic Four, Thunderbolts and original X-Men all fighting Doctor Doom.” He also confirms filming kicks off on the project in a few days.

Next, footage from “The Fantastic Four: First Steps” was screened, a clip which sees Reed (Pedro Pascal) and Sue (Vanessa Kirby) announcing that Sue is pregnant which is soon followed by Julia Garner’s Silver Surfer showed off in full on her surfboard and warning that the planet has been marked for death.

The F4 team tries to calm the world as the impending threat of Galactus coming, while Reed blames himself because he was looking into something he didn’t realise was so dangerous.

Finally, “Thunderbolts” showed off new footage and the cast appeared to joke and tubthump the film, with one key reveal being that Sebastian Stan’s Bucky Barnes has only a short-lived stint as a U.S. congressman – he didn’t even last half a term.
