Horizon: An American Saga – Chapter 2
Kevin Costner’s “Horizon: An American Saga – Chapter 2” has finally set a U.S. premiere at the Santa Barbara Film Festival on February 7th. Costner will be in attendance for the post-screening Q&A.
There is currently no release date for this second of four planned chapters of the actor/filmmaker’s western saga. The film had its world premiere in Venice last September to soft reviews, but nothing since. [Source: WoR]
The Moment
“Brat” singer Charli XCX is teaming with A24 to produce and star in the new film “The Moment” based on her own original idea. Story details are under wraps.
The pop star will produce the film as the first project under her new production company, Studio365. Scottish photographer and filmmaker Aidan Zamiri will direct from a script by Bertie Brandes. A. G. Cook and David Hinojosa produce. [Source: Variety]
Ninja Gaiden 4
Team Ninja and Platinum Games, in collaboration with Xbox Game Studio Publishing, has announced “Ninja Gaiden 4” coming later this year to PS5, Xbox and PC.
The game features a brand new protagonist named Yakumo in a gruesomely transformed Tokyo. Fan favourite character Ryu is also returning to the game. Meanwhile, an Unreal Engine 5 remaster of “Ninja Gaiden 2 Black” was suddenly released yesterday on PS5, Xbox and PC. Trailers for both games are out below:
