The highly acclaimed animated DreamWorks film “The Wild Robot,” which is nominated for four Golden Globe awards this weekend, will stream exclusively on Peacock starting Friday, January 24th. The title is already available on digital platforms, but this will mark its SVOD debut.

Joseph Quinn has reportedly exited “Relapse,” the film directorial debut of author Bret Easton Ellis, due to a scheduling conflict. Ellis revealed on a recent episode of his podcast that Quinn was initially reported to star in the film months ago but has had to turn it down after being offered the role of George Harrison in Sam Mendes‘ new Beatles projects. Hulu’s hockey comedy “Shoresy,” a spinoff of “Letterkenny,” has been renewed for a fifth season with production to begin this Spring. The order comes as the Canadian comedy returns to Hulu for its six-episode fourth season on Wednesday, February 26th. [Source: TV Line]
The Housemaid
Sydney Sweeney, Amanda Seyfried and Brandon Sklenar have started production on the film adaptation of Freida McFadden’s best-selling psychological thriller novel “The Housemaid” in Ridgewood, New Jersey today.
Sweeney plays Millie Calloway who works as a maid for Nina and Andrew Winchester (Seyfried and Sklenar). During her employment, she discovers dark secrets. Paul Feig directs the project and the actors and director can be seen in a brief video posted on social media from the set.
