2025 will see the return of “Daredevil” to screens with Marvel and Disney+ reviving the series several years after its run on Netflix. In addition, Jon Bernthal’s take on The Punisher is coming along for the ride,

But what about Jessica Jones? That show’s first season was the most acclaimed run of a Marvel Netflix series, and there’s genuine love amongst the fandom for actress Krysten Ritter’s work in the role. Could she be back?

Marvel Studios’ Head of Streaming, Television, and Animation Brad Winderbaum said at D23 Brazil recently that of all the Netflix Marvel characters he could chose to get back, Jessica Jones would be his pick.

Speaking with ComicBook while promoting her role in the upcoming “Sonic the Hedgehog 3,” Ritter was told of those comments and says she’s good to go:

“Brad Winderbaum said that? That’s really exciting to hear. Isn’t that the guy who makes the call? Come on, Brad! Let’s get it going. Let’s do it. I’ll be ready.”

Ritter has expressed her desire to return to the role in the past, the question that obviously lingers is how the character would be back – be it her own show or teamed up with someone else?
