Warner Bros. Discovery global streaming chief JB Perrette has revealed the launch windows of several shows for the premium cable network.
Speaking during a tech and media conference hosted by Wells Fargo, Perrette confirmed the third season of “The White Lotus” will return in February – though a specific date wasn’t mentioned.
“The Last of Us” Season 2 was reaffirmed for a Spring 2025 launch with many suggesting it will launch in March or early April at the latest in order to air its run before Emmy contention cutoff in late May.
Next, the “Game of Thrones” spin-off “A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms” was mentioned as having a Summer launch, but Variety reports that the show is more likely to be pushed to the fourth quarter.
The third season of “Euphoria” meanwhile is looking like a 2026 debut – assuming shooting remains on track.
Finally, the “Harry Potter” TV series – previously slated for 2026, is now being pushed to 2027.
Fans will be able to check back into “White Lotus” in February, according to Warner Bros. Discovery global streaming chief JB Perrette.
Perrette also says that Max will begin cracking down on password sharing in earnest this month with “some very early, gentle messaging”.
