Tom Hardy, Helen Mirren and Pierce Brosnan are all set to join Guy Ritchie’s untitled global crime series currently in production for Paramount+ With Showtime.

The story centers around two warring families based in London whose enterprises stretch all corners of the globe and the fiercely loyal ‘fixer’ charged with protecting one of them at all costs.

Hardy will play the fixer Harry Da Souza who works on behalf of the Harrigans, a successful Irish crime family. Brosnan will play that crime family’s head Conrad while Mirren will play Conrad’s wife Maeve.

The project came about after Paramount+ ordered and then ultimately ditched plans for a spinoff of its crime drama “Ray Donovan” which Ritchie was to direct and executive produce.

That series was to be ‘loosely based’ on the successful Showtime series starring Liev Schreiber as a professional Hollywood fixer. Ritchie’s series has now moved so far away from the basics of “Ray Donovan” that it became a standalone series not tied to the existing property.

The show will be produced with Showtime/MTV Entertainment Studios and 101 Studios and aims to debut globally in 2025 on Paramount+ and the Paramount+ with Showtime platform in the U.S.

The show will be executive produced by Keith Cox, Nina L. Diaz, David C. Glasser, Ritchie, Jez Butterworth, Ronan Bennett, Kris Thykier, Ivan Atkinson, Tom Hardy, Dean Baker, Ron Burkle, David Hutkin and Bob Yari.
