Apple TV+ has premiered the first trailer for its celebrity-filled, Seth Rogen-led comedy series “The Studio”.
Rogen wrote, directed, and executive produces the ten-episode, half-hour comedy series alongside his usual cohort Evan Goldberg.
Here he plays the newly appointed head of Continental Studios. Desperate for the approval of celebrities, he and his team of executives must juggle corporate demands with creative ambitions as they try to keep movies alive and relevant.
Joining him on screen in regular and recurring roles are the likes of Catherine O’Hara, Bryan Cranston, Kathryn Hahn, Ike Barinholtz, Chase Sui Wonders, Keyla Monterroso Mejia, and Dewayne Perkins.
In terms of appearances, just the trailer alone shows the likes of Martin Scorsese, Zoë Kravitz, Zac Efron, Charlize Theron and Anthony Mackie all popping up for cameos and guest spots.
The series is created by Rogen, Goldberg, Frida Perez, Peter Huyck, and Alex Gregory. The first two episodes premiere on Apple TV+ on March 26th 2025 and will continue to drop weekly on Wednesdays through May 21st 2025.
