Lady Gaga will appear in the second season of Netflix’s supernatural series hit “Wednesday”.
Details about her role are not clear though it’s likely only a cameo or short guest appearance as an attempt to get her for a larger role reportedly didn’t work out. Gaga is currently filming the program in Europe.
Jenna Ortega stars in the Addams Family-inspired series which launched in late 2022 on the streaming giant and became a massive hit.
It followed Wednesday Addams, across her formative years as a student and a budding psychic. Gwendoline Christie, Luis Guzmán, Catherine Zeta-Jones, and Christina Ricci co-starred.
The series boasted a school dance scene with Ortega’s Wednesday doing some dance moves. That footage was combined with Gaga’s 2011 hit “Bloody Mary” to become a TikTok sensation.
Ortega previously indicated she wanted to get Gaga involved in the second season during interviews at the Golden Globes last year.
Gaga, coming off “Joker: Folie à Deux,” previously came to television in the fifth season of “American Horror Story” and landed a Golden Globe for her work in the series.
