The first trailer has been released for the Jack Black-led Christmas comedy “Dear Santa” directed by Bobby Farrelly.

Robert Timothy Smith plays a young man who still believes in Santa. To prove to all of his disbelieving friends that Santa is real, he writes a letter to Santa inviting him to show himself.

The problem? Liam isn’t a very good speller and addresses the letter to Satan (Jack Black) instead. Satan, who never gets letters from kids, is flattered and goes to meet Liam. Chaos and hilarity ensue.

Keegan-Michael Key, and Post Malone co-star in the film while Bobby’s brother Peter wrote the screenplay alongside Ricky Blitt.

The project marks Bobby Farrelly’s second solo effort following last year’s “Champions”. Before that he was teamed with his brother on a nimber of famed comdies including “Dumb and Dumber,” “There’s Something About Mary,” and “Me, Myself and Irene”.

“Dear Santa” will premiere on the Paramount+ service on November 25th.
