Street Justice
Will Ferrell will produce and star in the comedy “Street Justice” at 20th Century Studios. Comedy veteran Peter Atencio (“Jean-Claude Van Johnson”) will direct.
Based on an original idea by Dave Callaham (“Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse”), Ferrell plays a Dirty Harry type who goes about taking justice into his own hands. Ferrell, David Koplan and Jessica Elbaum produce. [Source: Deadline]
DTF St. Louis
HBO has given the green light to “DTF St. Louis,” the seven-episode limited series starring and executive produced by Jason Bateman and David Harbour. The project hails from writer, director, showrunner and executive producer Steve Conrad (“Patriot”).
The darkly comedic series follows a love triangle among three adults experiencing middle-age malaise that leads to one of them ending up dead. [Source: Deadline]
The Journeyman
Dev Patel is set to star in “The Cell” and “Immortals” director Tarsem Singh’s “The Journeyman” which will shoot next year. Bryan and Alexis Roberts are penning the script.

Epilogue
Kate Siegel (“Hush”) and David Dastmalchian (“Late Night with the Devil”) will star in the action-horror film “Epilogue” which will be produced by horror master Mike Flanagan. Michael Fimognari, who split directing duties on “The Fall of the House of Usher” with Flanagan, is directing.
Set one year after the zombie apocalypse has supposedly come to an end, the film will follow a desperate couple who set out to find a cure for their infected daughter. Luke Barnett and Tanner Thomason wrote the screenplay. [Source: Bloody Disgusting]
The Housemaid
As reported the other day, Sydney Sweeney will star in the upcoming film “The Housemaid” which deals with a fictional lesbian love affair that inspires Daphne du Maurier’s novel “Rebecca”. Anthony Hopkins and amanda Seyfried co-stars.
A new report indicates Sweeney will reportedly receive $7.5 million to star in the film – a big jump from the $2 million she earned for “Anyone But You”. [Source: THR]
