Molepeople
Emmy winner Ben Mendelsohn and Golden Globe nominee Anthony Ramos are set to star in the horror tale “Molepeople” about a secret community lurking below New York City. “The Boogeyman” director Rob Savage helms from a script by Nathan Elston (“Succession”).

The story is described as one man’s nightmarish descent into the abandoned tunnels beneath the streets of New York City, where a twisted society lurks. Raphael Margules and J.D Lifshitz produce. [Source: Deadline]

Onslaught
Following their work together on “The Guest” and “Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire,” Dan Stevens and filmmaker Adam Wingard are re-teaming for action thriller “Onslaught” at A24. Shooting begins November in New Mexico

Wingard and Simon Barrett wrote the gonzo action horror thriller in which Adria Arjona plays a skilled fighter and mother who runs afoul of a threat that has escaped a secret military base. Stevens will play a German scientist working on the experiments that escape. [Source: THR]

Lone Wolf
Oscar nominees Lily Gladstone (“Killers Of The Flower Moon”) and Bryan Cranston (“Trumbo”) will star in the conspiracy thriller “Lone Wolf” which marks the newest film of Mark Pellington (“The Mothman Prophecies,” “Arlington Road”).

Gladstone plays a troubled veteran struggling with addiction who is recruited by a contractor (Cranston) for a covert government plot to assassinate a high-level politician.

After learning she’s set to take the fall, she must outwit the shadow agents to protect the future of her son. Tom Chilcoat penned the script while Ted Hope, Christine Vachon, Jordan Yale Levine and Jordan Beckerman produce. [Source: Deadline]

Brides
Maika Monroe (“Longlegs”) will re-team with her “Watcher” director Chloe Okuno for her next film “Brides”. Filming begins Spring 2025 and Okuno is directing from a screenplay she penned.

Set in 1960s Italy, Sally Bishop (Monroe) and her husband travel to a remote villa in the wake of her nervous breakdown. The villa’s owner, a mysterious count, takes a peculiar interest in Sally. But he gets far more than he anticipated when her feminist chaos is added to his vampoire harem. [Source: Screen]
