Severance season 1 was interesting. The story followed Mark, a man who works in an office, but your outside life and memories are severed from your office life and memories.
If you watched season 1, you would know what I mean. The official story is:
Mark leads a team of office workers whose memories have been surgically divided between their work and personal lives. When a mysterious colleague appears outside of work, it begins a journey to discover the truth about their jobs.
I remember binging season 1 and liking it a lot and that it ended on a cliffhanger. Well, Severance season 2 now has a trailer.
I’m not going to lie, I’m going to have to go back and watch the last few episodes of the first season to remind myself what happened. Ben Stiller and Dan Erickson are the directors and executive producers. Stiller said:
“We are thrilled and delighted to be back on set for the exciting second chapter of Severance. Though we don’t know how long we’ve been gone or who we are outside, we are told people enjoy the show and we couldn’t be happier. Praise Kier!”
Severance season 2 stars Adam Scott, Zach Cherry, Britt Lower, Tramell Tillman, Jen Tullock, Dichen Lachman, John Turturro, Christopher Walken and Patricia Arquette.
The first season was a sleeper hit for Apple TV and ended up winning 14 Emmys, including Outstanding Drama Series.
Did you watch the first season of Severance? Are you going to be watching the second season? Do you zone out at work and wish you could forget you were there? The second season premieres on the 17th of January on Apple TV.
