Screen Gems has set an April 25th 2025 release date for its film adaptation of the PlayStation game “Until Dawn” which recently wrapped production. David F. Sandberg directs off a recent draft by Gary Dauberman.
Ella Rubin, Michael Cimino, Ji-young Yoo, Belmont Cameli, Odessa A’zion, Maia Mitchell and Peter Stormare star in the story of a group of young adults who reunite in a snowy mountaintop cabin near an abandoned old mine. Soon their lives are threatened. [Source: Deadline]
Black Doves
Netflix has set a December 5th release date for its forthcoming six-part spy thriller series “Black Doves” starring Keira Knightley, Ben Whishaw, and Sarah Lancashire. Joe Barton created the series.
The series follows a dedicated wife, mother and professional spy who – for ten years – has been passing on her politician husband’s secrets to the shadowy organization. When her secret lover is assassinated, she teams up with an old friend to find his killer – uncovering a looming geopolitical crisis in the process. [Source: YouTube]
Mary
Netflix has released new photos from filmmaker D.J. Caruso’s Biblical epic “Mary” which tells the story of the Nativity from through the eyes of Mary of Nazareth (Noa Cohen), the mother of Jesus.
She, husband Joseph (Ido Tako) and their newborn son flee the relentless pursuit of King Herod (Anthony Hopkins). The film will hit the streamer on December 6th.

Citadel: Honey Boy
Prime Video has released the trailer for “Citadel: Honey Bunny,” the India set pin-off of its spy thriller franchise “Citadel” with Varun Dhawan and Samantha starring in this incarnation. “Citadel: Honey Bunny” is scheduled to premiere on November 7th.
The story revolves around stuntman Bunny (Dhawan) and struggling actress Honey (Samantha) on a side job in a high-stakes world of espionage and deception. Years later, as their past comes back to haunt them, the estranged duo must reunite to protect their daughter, Nadia.
Sing: Thriller
Netflix has announced “Sing: Thriller,” a brand new short film hitting the service tomorrow, set in the world of the animated “Sing” franchise, and tied to Michael Jackson’s iconic song “Thriller”.
The short is written and directed by Garth Jennings and sees Matthew McConaughey return to reprise his role as Buster Moon, and will also feature Tori Kelly as Meena, Nick Kroll as Gunter, Scarlett Johansson as Ash, Taron Egerton as Johnny, and Garth Jennings as Miss Crawly.
