Netflix has premiered one more full-length trailer for the second and final season of its highly acclaimed animated series “Arcane” based on the “League of Legends” game franchise.
In the final season, Jinx’s attack on the Council sets the stage for a dire escalation of the conflict between Piltover and Zaun.
The voice cast includes Hailee Steinfeld (Vi), Ella Purnell (Jinx) and Katie Leung (Caitlyn), Reed Shannon (Ekko), Amirah Vann (Sevika), Mick Wingert (Heimerdinger), and Ellen Thomas (Ambessa). Christian Linke and Alex Yee created the series.
Riot Games has previously indicated that there are no plans to continue the show after season two launches, and this was always the plan for “Arcane” with the endpoint planned from the start.
However, they also add that we shouldn’t expect this to be the last series based on “League of Legends” with more stories to tell from the Runeterra universe.
Fortiche Animation, which animates the show, is expected back for future shows as well. The final run of “Arcane” hits November 9th.
