By It’s official, Marvel Studios’ “Deadpool & Wolverine” is confirmed to be hitting digital platforms on October 1st and 4K UHD & Blu-ray on October 22nd.
The release dates have long been known but never confirmed until now, with the news coming via a new trailer that you can see below.
The digital release is for VOD storefronts like Apple TV and Amazon Prime, NOT the Disney+ service (SVOD). A date for that release hasn’t been announced yet.
This edition comes with exclusive bonus content including a gag reel, deleted scenes, filmmaker commentary, and featurettes.
The release follows in the wake of a highly successful theatrical run that began in late July and saw the film cross the $1 billion mark in its third weekend.
Reviews and reaction have been varied, so it’ll be interesting to see how this plays at home.
