Ahead of its Geeked Week presentation later this week, Netflix has been making a few announcements.
First up, they have confirmed that they have renewed the Lily Collins-led romance drama series “Emily in Paris” for a fifth season. Collins herself made the announcement on “Good Morning America”.
According to the streamer, the connection between Emily (Collins) and Marcello (Eugenio Franceschini) will be explored further in the upcoming instalments and aims to give the character a better work/life balance.
Next up, they’ve released the first photo (see here) of “Halo” star Yerin Ha as Sophie Baek and Luke Thompson as Benedict Bridgerton in the fourth season of smash hit costume drama “Bridgerton”. The photo was posted as production on the new season has just gotten underway.
Last, but not least, the streamer has set a January 2025 launch for the second season of its animated spin-off series “Castlevania: Nocturne”. Check out a brief teaser trailer below.
The series chronicles the epic battle between humankind and the vampire aristocrats seeking to rule the world. Season 2 picks up as the French Revolution rages on.
In addition. the heroes have a new member: Alucard, the son of Dracula (voiced by James Callis). Co-showrunner Kevin Kolde says the new season will have the “biggest, craziest Castlevania fight scene ever”.
