Actor John Leguizamo, who plays Sid The Sloth in the “Ice Age” movies, has revealed that they are about to make a sixth one. He tells NPR: “We’re about to do Ice Age 6.” Disney hasn’t announced a new “Ice Age” movie at this time.
Community
The long-anticipated “Community” movie is likely to move forward soon as it, and the upcoming “Suits: LA” spin-off, are amongst the projects announced this week to receive incentives from California’s film and TV tax credits program.
“Suits: LA” will get $12 million while “Community” will get $3.3 million. Also nabbing credit from the state is the “Killing Gawker” film and a Janis Joplin biopic starring Shailene Woodley. [Source: Deadline]

Luca Guadagnino’s tennis romance drama “Challengers” has set a SVOD premierie date of September 19th on Amazon Prime Video. Zendaya, Mike Faist and Josh O’Connor star in the film which remains one of the most acclaimed of the year and grossed $94 million worldwide. [Source: Amazon]
Howl’s Moving Castle
GKIDS has released a new one-sheet for the 20th anniversary re-release of Hayao Miyazaki’s “Howl’s Moving Castle” which will be coming back to cinemas on September 26th.
Set in a fictional kingdom where both magic and early technology are prevalent, a young milliner is turned into an elderly woman by a witch. She encounters a wizard named Howl and gets caught up in his resistance to fighting for the king.
