Teaser: Skydance Animation’s “Spellbound”

Netflix has premiered the teaser trailer for “Spellbound,” the new animated feature from Skydance Animation.

The story follows a tenacious young princess (Rachel Zegler) who must go on a daring quest to save her family and their kingdom after a mysterious spell transforms her parents (Nicole Kidman & Javier Bardem) into monsters.

Vicky Jenson (“Shrek”) directs from an original score from EGOT-winning composer Alan Menken and lyrics by Glenn Slater.

The voice cast also includes John Lithgow, Jenifer Lewis, Nathan Lane and Tituss Burgess.

Lauren Hynek & Elizabeth Martin penned the film while Julia Miranda, John Lasseter, David Ellison, Dana Goldberg, Bruce Anderson, and Linda Woolverton produce.

“Spellbound” debuts on Netflix on November 22nd.
