Territory
Netflix has set an October 24th premiere date for “Territory,” a new epic drama series set in the Australian Outback and starring Anna Torv (“Mindhunter,” “The Last of Us,” “Fringe”), Michael Dorman (“For All Mankind,” “Patriot”), Robert Taylor (“Longmire,” “The MEG”) and Sam Corlett (“Vikings: Valhalla,” “Chilling Adventures of Sabrina”).
Created by Timothy Lee (“Mystery Road”) and Ben Davies (“Bondi Rescue”), the series sees the world’s largest cattle station in Australia’s Northern Territory left without a clear successor as generational clashes threaten to tear the mighty Lawson family apart.
Sensing this once great dynasty is in decline, rival cattle barons, desert gangsters, Indigenous elders and billionaire miners all move in for the kill. The series is helmed by filmmaker Greg McLean (“Wolf Creek,” “Rogue”). [Source: Variety]

Rachel Bloom, Yvette Nicole Brown, Patricia Heaton and Amy Sedaris will appear as guest stars. [Source: Deadline]
The Bear
FX network chief John Landgraf says the aim for the fourth season of “The Bear” is to air in 2025, likely around “the same time next year” as the fourth season which was released last month.
Landgraf adds they haven’t seen all the scripts yet for the new season, but they and the production team take pride in being able to deliver a season annually and have no plans to change that. [Source: Variety]
