Today marks the release of “Justice League: Crisis on Infinite Earths – Part Three” on digital platforms ahead of a disc release next week.

The direct-to-video animated film marks the final installment of the Tomorrowverse saga, concluding a multiversal crossover that sees the DC heroes stuck in a pocket universe as each of their worlds is slowly vaporized by Anti-Monitor.

Mark Hamill, Alexandra Daddario, Jensen Ackles, Katee Sackhoff, John DiMaggio, Aldis Hodge, and Troy Baker are among the many talents who have lent their voices to the production.

However it also marks the final performance of the late actor Kevin Conroy who provided the voice of Batman in animated form for over thirty years starting with the iconic 1990s “Batman: The Animated Series”.

In 2022, Conroy passed away from intestinal cancer at age 66 with Hamill subsequently announcing he’d retired from his role as Joker due to the loss of his screen partner Conroy.

A clip has now gone online over on Twitter showcasing what is apparently the last dialogue we’ll hear from Conroy in character.

The scene aptly sees him taking on Joker in a fist fight on top of a building, even as a giant universe-consuming wave of energy heads towards them. His final line? “I care Joker. About Gotham, about Justice, And if it has to end at least I go out like this… being Batman” before landing a punch on a smiling Joker as the wave hits them and removes them from existence.

Head to X for the clip. “Justice League: Crisis on Infinite Earths – Part Three” is now on digital platforms everywhere.
