Superman
To celebrate being a year out from release, filmmaker James Gunn has revealed a good quality copy of the new ‘S’ symbol logo for the upcoming DC Universe film “Superman”.

David Corenswet, Rachel Brosnahan, Nicholas Hoult, Skyler Gisondo, María Gabriela De Faría, Sara Sampaio, Isabela Merced, Nathan Fillion, Edi Gathegi, and Anthony Carrigan star in the currently shooting project which opens in cinemas on July 11th. [Source: Threads]

Apartment 7A
Apartment 7A, the film which serves as a prequel to “Rosemary’s Baby,” has landed an R rating for “some violent content and drug use”. The film explores what happened in the apartment before Rosemary moved in.

Dianne Wiest, Julia Garner, Jim Sturgess, Kevin McNally, Marli Siu, Andrew Buchan, Rosy McEwen, and Kobna Holdbrook-Smith star. Natalie Erika James helmed the 1960s-set film which is set to debut on Paramount+ this Halloween. [Source: Coming Soon]

Inside Out 2
Disney and Pixar’s “Inside Out 2” has become the highest-grossing Pixar movie of all time at the worldwide box office, the title passing “Incredibles 2” at $1.243 billion on Tuesday to reach the new milestone.

The Kelsey Mann-directed film is now the No. 4 animated film ever on a worldwide basis and could well pass third place “Frozen” at $1.285 billion in the coming days. [Source: Variety]

Minions 3
Universal Pictures has announced a June 30th 2027 release date for a third “Minions” film. The new title will see first “Minions” director Pierre Coffin and writer Brian Lynch returning, as will producers Chris Meledandri and Bill Ryan.

The four “Despicable Me” and two “Minions’ films have grossed more than $4.6 billion at the box office to date with the fourth “Despicable Me” opening last week and already at $258 million. [Source: Universal Pictures]
