Falling
“Riverdale” star K.J. Apa will lead the currently filming romantic comedy-drama “Falling” from Gulfstream Pictures. Colin and James Krisel pen and direct the film.

Snatchback
“Prison Break” and “Legends of Tomorrow” co-stars Dominic Purcell and Wentworth Miller are re-teaming for “Snatchback” at Universal Television. Scott Rosenbaum (“The Shield,” “Chuck”) serves as writer and executive producer.

The series follows a highly skilled privately contracted team of operatives as they recover hostages from some of the most exotic locations on the planet. Purcell also executive produces alongside Tish Cyrus-Purcell and Dannah Axelrod Summers. [Source: Variety]

The Breed
“Fall” co-stars Virginia Gardner and Grace Caroline Currey will reunite on the ‘unconventional reimagining’ of Wes Craven’s “The Breed” which Nathan and Griff Furst are directing. Earth Abides
Tony winner Aaron Tveit has joined the cast of MGM+ series “Earth Abides” based on George R. Stewart’s classic science fiction novel. Todd Komarnicki (Sully) serves as showrunner and the series will debut on MGM+ in late 2024.

Alexander Ludwig, Jessica Frances Dukes, Rodrigo Fernandez-Stoll, and Elyse Levesque lead the cast of the story set on an Earth after a plague all but wipes out the human race. A small collective of shattered survivors struggle to stave off extinction. [Source: Playbill]
