By Despite all the rumors, its now been confirmed that pop queen Taylor Swift will not be appearing in Marvel Studios’ “Deadpool and Wolverine” film.
Talk of Swift appearing as Marvel mutant Dazzler (a long-standing rumor that pre-dates the project) or as Lady Deadpool have swirled since the film was in production.
When co-stars Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman along with director Shawn Levy attended a Kansas City Chiefs NFL game with Sift and her entourage last year, those rumors picked up steam.
Reynolds and his wife, Blake Lively, have been friends with Swift for years whilst Levy starred in one of her videos. Thus the connections are there.
Those involved have danced around any talk of her involvement with their interview answers. Today though, Entertainment Weekly is firmly stating they can confirm Swift is not in the film.
The news comes as multiple new posters for the film have been released in the past day or so. “Deadpool and Wolverine” is set to open in cinemas on July 26th.
