Two animated series based on popular properties have released trailers today.
First up, Max has shared the teaser trailer for the second season of its animated “Gremlins” prequel series, the new run being dubbed “Gremlins: The Wild Batch”.
Ming-Na Wen, James Hong, BD Wong, Izaac Wang, AJ LoCascio, and Gabrielle Nevaeh are officially returning for the second installment which airs this Fall.
Gizmo, Sam, and Elle travel from their home in Shanghai to San Francisco – hot on the trail of a new brood of evil Mogwai, our heroes journey deep into the American West, coming up against new supernatural creatures and picking up a few mysterious characters along the way.
Next, Paramount+ has unveiled the full trailer for its twelve-episode 2D animated “Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” series which serves as a spin-off of last year’s “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem” film.
The series sees the team getting separated while facing against a supervillain who plans to eliminate every mutant. Alone for the first time in New York City, they must reunite with each other to save mutant-kind.
The film’s cast returns including Micah Abbey as Donatello, Shamon Brown Jr. as Michelangelo, Nicolas Cantu as Leonardo, Brady Noon as Raphael and Ayo Edebiri as April O’Neil. The series will be available for streaming from Friday, August 9th.
