Marvel’s “Ant-Man” and “The Hobbit” trilogy star Evangeline Lilly is stepping away from acting.
In a recent post on Instagram, Lilly shared an old clip of herself from 2006 while filming the hit ABC series “Lost” and was asked where she’d like to be in ten years.

In the post on social media she says he plans to “live out my vision”:
“Stepping away from what seems like the obvious choice (wealth and fame) can feel scary at times, but stepping into your dharma replaces the fear with fulfillment. I might return to Hollywood one day, but, for now, this is where I belong.”
The Alberta-born star got her start in background scenes in “Freddy vs. Jason,” “White Chicks” and TV series “Smallville” with her role as Kate in “Lost” being her big breakthrough.
She had successful roles in “The Hurt Locker” and “Real Steel” before being cast as Tauriel in “The Hobbit” trilogy and Hope van Dyne/The Wasp in Marvel’s “Ant-Man”.
