Clooney and Pitt back together again for the first time since the Oceans franchise? OK, color us interested. Now Sony Pictures has dropped the first official trailer for their re-team, in action comedy Wolfs.
When Clooney’s professional fixer is hired to cover up a high-profile crime, he is very surprised to find a second fixer (Pitt) also on the job. As two lone wolves, they are used to working alone. However, when the job goes sideways they are forced to work together before they both get into deep trouble.
The story is told over the course of a single night and follows them navigating a situation that is fast spinning out of control.
Amy Ryan, Austin Abrams, and Poorna Jagannathan co-star. Wolfs is directed by Spider-Man trilogy helmer Jon Watts who also writes and produces.
Clooney, Pitt, Grant Heslov, Dede Gardner, Jeremy Kleiner, and Dianne McGunigle make up the rest of the producer roster, and there are hopes it could spawn a sequel or franchise.
Wolfs is set to hit cinemas on September 20th.
