Comcast has announced that its planned Xfinity StreamSaver bundle – which will include subscriptions to Apple TV+, Netflix and Peacock – will boast a starting price of just $15 a month (and with no annual contract).
The bundle was first announced by CEO Brian Roberts last week and will become available next week to Xfinity broadband customers – allowing them to save nearly $100 a year.
The announcement followed in the wake of a similar bundle offered by Disney and Warner Bros. Discovery for their Hulu, Max and Disney+ services.
Notably, only the advertising tier of Netflix is available as part of StreamSaver, not the ad-free tier. Dave Watson, CEO of Connectivity and Platforms at Comcast says:
“StreamSaver is a homerun for consumers who want top-tier entertainment and live sports, and for our world-class partners Peacock, Netflix and Apple who benefit from the reach and depth of our entertainment platforms and Xfinity’s marketing engine.”
Customers will also be able to combine the bundled apps with NOW TV for $30 a month.
