Jason Statham has been set to star in and produce the action thriller feature “Mutiny” at Lionsgate. Lindsay Michel and J.P. Davis penned the script while “Plane” and 2005’s “Assault on Precinct 13” remake director Jean-François Richet helms.

A September 19th 2025 release date has been set for Justin Tipping’s “Him” which hails from Jordan Peele’s Monkeypaw Productions label.
The Black List screenplay by Zack Akers & Skip Bronkie follows a promising young football player (Tyriq Withers), who is invited to train at the isolated compound of a dynasty team’s aging quarterback (Marlon Wayans). [Source: Deadline
Girl Next Door
“The Last of Us” star Bella Ramsey has landed the lead role of British terrorist Samantha ‘Sherafiyah’ Lewthwaite (aka The White Widow) in the true story inspired film “Girl Next Door”. Bruce Goodison will pen and direct the project which will begin production in October.
Lewthwaite is the widow of 19-year-old terrorist Germaine Lindsay, one of the four suicide bombers during the 7/7 London Underground bombing incident in 2005 which claimed 53 innocent people. [Source: Variety]

Max has released a new behind-the-scenes featurette for the “Game of Thrones” prequel series “House of the Dragon” which returns on on June 16th on HBO and Max. The cast teases the beginning of the Dance of the Dragons, with Team Black and Team Green ramping up their efforts to defeat each other.
