Villians are everywhere in a new TV spot for the Disney+ animated anthology series “Star Wars: Tales of the Empire” ahead of the show’s premiere this coming weekend.
Darth Vader, Grand Admiral Thrawn (Lars Mikkelsen), The Grand Inquisitor (Jason Isaacs) and General Grievous (Matthew Wood) are all here along with the return of “Star Wars: The Clone Wars” character Barriss Offee (Meredith Salenger).
The first season saw multiple episode arcs split between two protagonists – Ahsoka Tano and Count Dooku. This season the two characters we follow will be Offee and Nightsister Morgan Elsbeth.
Journey into the fearsome Galactic Empire through the eyes of two warriors on divergent paths as the episodes focus on previously untold events in the lives of the featured characters.
A young Morgan Elsbeth navigates the expanding Imperial world towards a path of vengeance, while former Jedi Barriss Offee does what she must to survive a rapidly changing galaxy. The choices they make will define their destinies.
Also starring are Rya Kihlstedt as Fourth Sister and Wing T. Chao as Wing. “Star Wars: Tales of the Empire” launches on Disney+ on May 4th.
